Refreshing Layout

Chris and I were wandering around the Capitol Building in D.C. waiting for his parents to give us a call when they were done in the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. My feet were a little tired from walking in flip flops all day so when I saw this gorgeous fountain with the inviting blue water, I just had to dip my feet in! It was soooooooo refreshing!
